We build throughout Orangeburg, Calhoun, Richland, and Lexington counties — anywhere from a half-acre starter parcel to the waterfront tract you've been holding onto for a decade. Start with a plan from our 35-plan library, or bring your own. We'll price it, schedule it, and stand behind it.
